Your Wedding Flowers

Flowers are more than an accessory, they help express the feelings and sentiments of your special day. Choose a floral designer with the knowledge and experience to help you express those sentiments. A creative designer can show you how to use flowers to accent and complement all elements of your wedding. Make an appointment to sit down with a floral designer to talk about what you require for your wedding. Be sure to allot at least an hour to throughly go through all the details of your floral order.

Have prepared several items before you go such as:

  • the style of wedding: formal will require larger bouquets with formal elements, while an informal wedding might have hand-tied bouquets with mixed flowers.

  • colour samples of the wedding decorations.
  • colour swatches of the bridesmaid dresses.
  • have a total budget for flowers in mind.
  • bring along any pictures of bouquets, arrangements or flowers which you prefer.
  • colours of the Bride's mother and Groom's mothers dresses.
  • keep the season in mind. Seasonal flowers lend a special touch to the day and tend to be fresher and less expensive than flowers which are out of season.

Be sure to get the total cost of all your flowers before you complete your order.
